How to use Mandala Time!

 
 

Warning: Meditation my cause increased happiness, joy, and ease of life. 

The secret behind meditation is progressively deeper relaxation and this is exactly what Mandala Time! enables. As you engage with the mandala allow yourself to let go of tension. The more you let go, the deeper your relaxations, the more you will begin to receive feedback from the mandala; colors will begin to shift and blur, shapes will move. These are indicators that you are achieving a meditative state. Merging with the flow of shapes and colors is beingrather doing. You are not working the mandala, the mandala is working you. Go with it. Allow it. It’s that simple.

It’s fun to try different Mandalas and see how they effect you. Try them all!

Directions:  

  • Set the timer for your meditation

  • Touch the “Start relaxing” button

  • You can be sitting or standing, or even reclining. Just ensure you are comfortable enough to maintain your position throughout the meditation.

  • Eyes are half open and relaxed

  • Focus your attention softly on the center point of the mandala, while seeing the rest in your periphery.

  • Feel your joints and muscles gradually relax.

  • Even the cells in your body are becoming drained of tension. Allow your body to dissolve as you continue to merge with the mandala and let it take you into deep meditative trance. Endorphins will begin to kick in and you may also experience a gentle pleasant surge of vibrational energy. Let that expand throughout your body. That is where the gold is!

  • When the meditation ends, slowly reintegrate back into the pace of your day. Try and maintain part of your attention on the energy of your body as you go about your business. This will help keep you in the present moment.
